The site keeps getting better. Every month something is added, something is fixed, and you get a page telling you what changed and what it did.
Who this is for
A site that should be winning more work than it does. The content is going stale, the forms could convert harder, and nobody internally has the time or the inclination to keep at it.
It is also the right plan for a company running several sites. Five sites on Active is £1,500 a month, and five sites left alone is five sites quietly decaying.
What you get
Everything in Essential, plus:
- New pages and content added every month
- Search Console and Analytics watched, not just installed. Someone actually looks
- Conversion fixes: forms, calls to action, page speed
- A one-page report each month: what changed, what it did
- A few real jobs finished properly every month, spent on the above
What a typical month looks like
We agree what the month’s work goes on, usually at the end of the previous month. Then it happens: a new page, a set of edits, a form rebuilt, whatever was agreed. Search and analytics get reviewed. The report arrives at month end saying what moved.
What we need from you
- Someone who can answer a question within a couple of days. The work stalls waiting for a fact only you have
- A steer on priorities once a quarter. If you have none, we will choose, and we will tell you what we chose
- Notice before your own team changes anything
What this is not
- Not a content programme. A few real jobs finished properly. It is not four things done thinly, and we would rather say that than spread it out and disappoint you.
- Not campaign management. Nobody is running your ads or your outbound on this plan. That is Managed, or a sprint.
- Not unlimited requests. Work beyond that is £75 an hour, quoted before it starts. Unused time carries forward one month and then lapses.
Price and terms
£500 a month, twelve-month agreement, paid monthly by direct debit. Anything else we look after is £250 a month each, so a site plus a knowledge base is £750, and five sites is £1,500. Move up a plan whenever you like, from the next payment. Thirty days’ notice before renewal. Your site, your domain, your accounts, always.
