Who we are. Kimble Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17272636. Registered office: Westhill House 2b Devonshire Road, Accounting Freedom, Bexleyheath, England, DA6 8DS. We are the data controller. Contact: ricky@kimbledigital.com.

What we collect. If you book a call or email us, we hold your name, email address, company and whatever you tell us about your website. That is it. There is no newsletter list you get added to without asking.

Analytics. We measure page views so we know which pages work. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no profiles built about you.

Why we are allowed to hold it. Legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started, and contract where you become a client.

How long. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the agreement runs, plus six years for tax.

Who else sees it. Our booking tool, our email provider and our hosting provider. Nobody buys it, because it is not for sale.

Your rights. Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and we will do it within a month. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
